30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us first — returns shipped without authorization cannot be processed.

Condition

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Once a sauna has been assembled or exposed to weather, it cannot be returned.

Who pays for what

• Return freight is paid by the customer, both directions. Our original outbound shipping cost was included in your price and is not refundable.
• A restocking fee of 20–25% applies, set by the manufacturer of the product you ordered. The exact figure is shown on the product page.
• Freight for a crated sauna is expensive. Please ask us for an estimate before deciding.

What cannot be returned

Custom and made-to-order builds, clearance items, and any product the manufacturer designates as final sale. This is stated on the product page before you buy.

Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge until the order has been crated or dispatched. After that, the return terms above apply.

Damaged on arrival is not a return

If your sauna arrives damaged, do not start a return — that is a freight claim, and we handle it for you at no cost. See our Shipping Policy for the steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by the manufacturer, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, less return freight and the restocking fee.
