We carry a narrow range on purpose. A sauna is a ten-year purchase, and we would rather explain six products well than list sixty we have never opened.
How we choose
- Built to last outdoors. Western red cedar, thermally modified aspen, or spruce of a grade the manufacturer will name. If a maker will not tell us the wood grade, that tells us something.
- A real heater. Harvia, HUUM, and their peers make heaters that can be serviced and re-stoned years from now. A sealed no-name element is a disposable sauna.
- Parts you can still get in year six. Doors, hinges, benches, glass. This is the difference between a repair and a replacement.
- A warranty the maker actually honours, and a support line that answers.
Where we stand today
Northaven is a new dealer, and we will say so plainly rather than let you find out later.
We list a product only once our dealer agreement with its manufacturer is in place. Never before. If you do not see a brand for sale here yet, it is because we are not yet authorized to sell it — not because we do not rate it.
Manufacturers we are currently in the process of applying to include Golden Designs, SaunaLife, SunRay, Redwood Outdoors, Finnleo, Almost Heaven, Harvia, and HUUM. That is a statement of intent, not of authorization.

What you can expect from us either way
Free curbside freight to the lower 48, a delivery date on every listing rather than a vague range, and a person who files your freight claim for you if something arrives damaged.
