Northaven Sauna Co. is an online sauna dealer serving the contiguous United States. We sell hand-built barrel and cabin saunas from established manufacturers, shipped free from their US warehouses.
What we are
We are a small, independent retailer. We do not manufacture saunas, and we do not pretend to. What we do is choose a narrow range of well-built products, describe them honestly, and stay reachable after the sale.
We operate online only. There is no showroom to visit. Everything we know about a sauna is on its product page, and if something is missing, call us and ask.
Why we focus on delivery
A sauna is not a parcel. It arrives on a pallet, on a truck, at the end of your driveway, and freight damage is common across the whole category. Most shops hand that problem back to the customer: photograph everything, get the driver’s signature, file within a day, keep the crate for two months, and if you miss a step the claim dies.
We decided that is the wrong way round. We file the carrier claim ourselves. You send us a photo; we deal with the freight line and the manufacturer. It is the single thing we most want to be known for.

Where we are
Northaven Sauna Co. is operated from Switzerland as a sole proprietorship. Every order ships domestically within the United States from our manufacturing partners’ warehouses, and all prices are in US dollars.
We say this plainly because we would rather you know it than discover it. It changes nothing about your delivery, your warranty, or your ability to reach a person on the phone.
