That distance is the whole product. Everything else — the cedar grade, the heater, the door hardware — is in service of crossing it every morning without thinking about it.
A sauna arrives on a pallet. We handle it when something goes wrong.
Freight damage is normal in this category, and most shops hand it back to you: photograph everything, get the driver's signature, file within 24 hours, keep the crate for two months. Miss a step and the claim dies.
We file the carrier claim ourselves. You send us a photo. We handle the paperwork with the manufacturer and the freight line, and replacement parts ship at no cost to you. One phone number, one person, start to finish.
We carry a narrow range on purpose.
A sauna is a ten-year purchase. We would rather explain six products well than list sixty we have never opened. Western red cedar or thermally modified aspen, a heater that can still be serviced in year six, and parts you can actually order.
Northaven is a new dealer. We list a product only once our dealer agreement with its manufacturer is in place — never before.
